One thing that I really appreciated about Marty was that he was honest with me about his thoughts. If there was a decoration that dated the style of our home, Marty told me about it in a way not to hurt my sense of style. "My wife and I had raised the children in our six bedroom home and found ourselves to be really unable to properly maintain it for several years. The real estate market took a huge plunge and we had missed years of good market opportunities to sell but the home had many happy memories attached to it.
