Sound Advice

Having not bought or sold a home in many years, Marty helped guide us through the process as we downsized. I am sure we were a challenge at times as it was hard for us leaving the home we raised our children in. Marty put in place the tools and advice from staging to marketing. He gave sound advice from pricing to when offers came in. On the purchase side of our relationship Marty was there to offer insight and observations on the various properties. In the end we found a home that is the perfect size for us as empty nesters.
